Intellectually challenged.

Ok so while watching the news this morning.. They were talking about a charity for the intellectually challenged.. ARE WE REALLY TALKING ABOUT STUPID PEOPLE.. I mean WTF. I want a charity for myself, we all have issues, but we all do not have charities. I want the I have hay fever and have issues buying medicine, because they made Claritin over the counter so they can mark the price up charity. We should create a charge for all non native NYers to live here, and call it the NATIVE CHARITY.. We should charge NJ residence a fee to drive in NY, and to park.. I should get a discount because I live in Queens, because people always say "Queens, how far is that". I say FUCK YOU, go back to whatever fucking granola state you came from.. I end this rant with a....forget it.
